30 days of Gifts. How a month of giving can change your life.

I am starting this blog because I am on a journey and would love to have like minded people join me and travel together. I want to become more aware, to be enlightened and empowered, to gain education and wisdom, to become more grateful, to function at a higher frequency, to replace old outdated sentences and programing that are no longer useful. I want a fuller, more adventurous life, more love and light in my life, more happiness and deliciousness and mindfullness, richer relationships and a life of blessings. Is that asking too much? LOL. Everything won't be perfectly done here, but I am learning that its' better to take a step with imperfection that not take a step at all.

I'd like to take 30 days at a time and learn about something specific and put it into practice. I have in mind to read a specific book and then put what I'm learning into practice-maybe it will go that way and maybe not. I guess we'll see.

For my first 30 days,  I will be reading the book 29 Gifts by Cami Walker. I'd love to have my fellow humans join me and lets take a little stroll together....
(PS. I have been buying my books on Audible and listening to them when I'm traveling, cleaning my house, cooking, etc. )

Whether you read the book or not is up to you , you can participate even without reading it. The gifts can be large or small. They can be acts of service, anonymous, simple. Give mindfully and with joy, expecting nothing in return  and you will see your world more beautifully. The suggestion in the book is that you give the gift and also journal about it each day.

I'd love to hear what your gifts are and what changes you see in your world!

Next 30 day challenge: You Are a Badass by Jen Sincero (I frickin love this book!)

  1. Today I gave a gift to my daughter that she's been requesting for more than a year. It's a simple Mia Maid necklace that symbolizes love, faith, and purity. She was really surprised to receive it and genuinely thankful. I hope it's symbolism will bring her purpose and remind her of her values.
